How pricing works
Your price moves with the run.
Engraving setup is the same whether we run six pieces or six hundred. The more you commit to in one order, the further that setup spreads — so your per-piece price drops as the quantity climbs. Send your list and we return firm pricing at your tier.

Product photography is representative and shows an example monogram. Acacia, marble, slate and Damascus steel are natural materials — grain, veining and tone vary piece to piece, which is part of why they read as a gift and not as swag.
How it runs
Proof first, then production.
Send your selections. We confirm stock, sizes and engraving area, then return a firm quote.
We set your artwork and send a digital proof. Nothing gets engraved until you approve it.
Invoice is paid in full up front. That reserves your inventory and your spot on the machine.
We engrave, inspect and pack every piece, then ship from Woodburn or hand off locally.
Terms
The straightforward part.
- Payment
- Paid in full up front, no exceptions. Production is scheduled once payment clears.
- Artwork
- Vector preferred (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). We can clean up a high-resolution PNG if that is what you have.
- Proof
- One digital proof included per item. Nothing runs without your written approval.
- Reorders
- Setup is waived on reorders of the same artwork on the same product.
- Availability
- Stock on natural-material items moves. We confirm availability with your quote.
- Shipping
- Ships from Woodburn, Oregon. Local pickup and hand delivery available. Shipping and tax quoted separately.
